The I LIVE PC Conference brought together high level delegations of academics, researchers, and on-the-ground clinical innovators from Australia, Canada, Denmark, the Netherlands, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States to discuss recent health reforms in all countries, with the goal of learning from each other about innovations that work.
Purposes:
1) To glean lessons for the United States from other developed countries that may assist in moving the U.S. to a patient-centered, high value health care system with primary care as its foundation.
2) Defining a package of transformational options and a policy roadmap as a guide for public and private policy makers.
